What is your delivery policy?
Free delivery and free returns apply to all orders. Please note:
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding Polish public holidays. Standard processing takes 1-3 business days, and delivery generally takes 8-15 business days. Shipments to some remote locations may need extra time.
How can I track my order?

Will my order arrive in a single package?
To deliver faster, your order may be split into several parcels. You will receive one order confirmation email, but you may get multiple shipping notifications, each with its own tracking number.

How do I edit or cancel my online order?
You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of submitting it during our working hours. Please contact our online customer service team to confirm the cancellation. This cancellation option is a courtesy and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under Polish and EU consumer law.
